OSHA noise levels

Excessive noise levels can cause quickened pulse rate, increased blood pressure and general fatigue.

OSHA requires that a hearing conservation program be in place when noise exposure equals or exceeds 85 decibels.

Hearing loss is 100 percent preventable and 100% untreatable.

As a side note, be advised that some of us wear dual hearing protection consisting of foamies and headphone type hearing protection that completely encompasses the ears.
